Phase 2 of our church renewal program will be a series of discipleship sessions, beginning Sunday, February 9, during the Sunday school hour (9:45-10:45 a.m.) Phil Partin will lead the congregation through an introductory session on discipleship. Everyone is welcome to attend all the sessions. Formation, as disciples of Jesus, is at the foundational work of our church and we’re excited to move into this phase.
Hillside Church is an exciting, contemporary ministry. Sunday morning services incorporate a casual atmosphere, a blended style of praise and worship music, and relevant teaching. A diverse congregation, the church ministers to all ages and backgrounds, but especially to families, singles and students.
What makes the church special, however, is its caring and gracious spirit ― a spirit directly attributable to Christ’s presence in the church’s life and people.
